This is by far my fav green smoothie!
I love it because is a great way to incorporate tons of greens into your daily life –far more than just eating your veggies. Greens have more valuable nutrients than any other food group on the planet.
Personally, I like to drink this smoothie at least 3 times per week… I find it so yummy (I’m not crazy!).

- 1 ½- 2 cups filtered water (preferably already cold)
- 1 cup spinach, or kale, or your fav mix greens - chopped
- ½ cup romaine lettuce, chopped (optional)
- 1 stalks of celery
- ½ apple
- ½ banana
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Blend everything very well and enjoy!
You can add a pinch of stevia if you're a newbie and need a little help with the "sweet" flavor!
Optional Ingredients ½ tbsp. wheatgrass powder ½ tbsp. moringa ½ tbsp. baobab A small bunch of cilantro A small bunch of parsley Ice cubes
