Raw green split peas cream, made with overnight soaked green split peas, avocado, lemon, filtered water, some paprika / curry powder and liquid aminos… pretty much all nutrients intact, exactly how I like it!

This cream is excellent for those days you just want to give your system a rest but still have a meal with proper nutrition.


  • 10 oz. fresh or frozen raw peas
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg’s liquid aminos (can use soy sauce, I rather liquid aminos, much more healthy!)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika powder
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder



  • In a high-powered blender, puree all ingredients.

To serve, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on some fresh black pepper or dry parsil.
