Raw green split peas cream, made with overnight soaked green split peas, avocado, lemon, filtered water, some paprika / curry powder and liquid aminos… pretty much all nutrients intact, exactly how I like it!
This cream is excellent for those days you just want to give your system a rest but still have a meal with proper nutrition.
- 10 oz. fresh or frozen raw peas
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 cup filtered water
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Bragg’s liquid aminos (can use soy sauce, I rather liquid aminos, much more healthy!)
- ½ teaspoon paprika powder
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- In a high-powered blender, puree all ingredients.
To serve, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on some fresh black pepper or dry parsil.
