INTENTIONS FOR THE NEW YEAR!

For this new year, I'm not making any resolutions. I'm focusing on INTENTIONS and doing things that fulfill my soul... Sharing some of them here with you!

Everybody and their grandma is talking about their New Year’s resolutions!

I get excited and genuinely HAPPY to hear my friends’ resolutions. The energy of the last days of the year and the beginning of the new one is quite contagious if you are really intentional about the tribe you surround yourself with. The thrill of the unknown, but the certainty that most of our goals are entirely in our hands is something that fuels me.

But as I recently shared, last year I figured something out… I didn’t want to make any resolutions, I wanted to have INTENTIONS! And since you guys already know my intentions for 2018, I wanted to give it a twist and set mini-intentions for each month, starting with the New Year.

So what’s my mini-intention for this January (New Year) you may ask?! I have two:

  • I want to focus better while I’m working, so I’m doing a dry January which means I’ll be giving my liver a VERY needed rest after these crazy holidays AND upping my hydration game [that’s where my friends from Tsamma Juice come in!] because my brain just doesn’t work the same when I’m not properly hydrated.
  • And I want to kick this nasty bloating I’ve been having for days after indulging too much this month.

I saw Tsamma Juice for the first time in a Publix near my house. It was right there in the juice section and I was instantly OBSESSED! They had me at watermelon, ok?

But let’s get to the realness…. when I read the label, I learned more about the company and when I finally tried it, I was hooked!

Tsamma Juice has absolutely no sugar added (thank you Lord Jesus!), is non-GMO, soy free, kosher, antioxidant-rich, has no artificial colors or flavors, is rich in vitamin A + C and to top it all off, it’s gluten-free… yes, yes, yes! In addition to the Tsamma Original Watermelon Juice, Tsamma also has a Tsamma Watermelon Juice + Coconut Water Blend. Both are delicious

You understand me now?

Anyways, going back to my intentions…

I’ve been feeling super bloated lately and even though I have tried to stay on track, the holiday season can be hard and that’s one of the reasons that I will be doing my own Bloat Blaster & Anti-Inflammation Program. My body needs it, pronto! I’ll be eating super clean, giving my body tons of probiotics and tons, like TONS of fiber-rich foods.

With lots of water and Tsamma Watermelon Juice, I’ll be covering my hydration bases… since it is cold pressed watermelon juice, it’s the best choice for hydration due to it being a natural source of L-citrulline, lycopene, and potassium.

Now picture this…

I walked in yesterday to Publix to just get some ginger I needed but didn’t get a shopping basket INTENTIONALLY because I KNOW myself. I’ll start picking things I don’t need (who’s like that too? Lol). Saw the BOGO (buy-one-get-one) for Tsamma Juice as part of their weekly ad and I couldn’t help myself.

Got a whole bunch of them and obvs couldn’t fit them all in my hands. So I shamelessly used the bottom of my blouse as a carry on basket 🙂

Can a girl live?  Lol

♡ ♡ ♡

Btw, they’ll have a BOGO again from January 3 – January 10th just in case you have a Publix near you, most def go ahead and take advantage of it!

What are YOUR intentions for the New Year? Or perhaps, you too will divide them by months so it’s easier.

… Let me know in the comments, I’m dying to know what will you guys be up to this 2018!
